Body Elite Women is a division of Stellenbosch-based boutique fitness studio Body Elite Fitness, and is dedicated to preparing women to take on the physical challenges as they progress through life's stages of pregnancy, active motherhood and menopause.

Body Elite Women is owned by a husband and wife team who have 18 years of experience in Personal Fitness training, Nutrition and supplementation and have competed in National Natural Fitness & Physique shows and competitions.
